This program is a critical component of Medline's sales rep training process, serving two main purposes: enabling new rep onboarding through a defined 1:1 field-based trainer coaching relationship and curriculum, and leading the curriculum strategy and execution to train a bench of field trainers and a pipeline of future sales managers.
Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the point of contact for all program and support needs for the Field Trainer Program.
- Define and maintain technology and curriculum vendor relationships for continued program optimization.
- Collaborate with sales training and cross-functional teams to develop curriculum, milestones, and performance measurement plans that are integrated with overall sales training and sales development programs.
- Identify and scale best practices, working toward a standardized approach, rubrics, and nomenclature/definitions for Field Progress Reports across all classes of trade to enable consistency and accountability.
- This is a high-level individual contributor role with limited management responsibilities, focusing on leading day-to-day activities and outcomes of a group of employees.
- May be involved in hiring staff, recommending pay increases, performing performance reviews, training and development of staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting, and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies.
