Career Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for our sheet metal department. This individual will oversee an Account Manager and an Outside Sales Representative, ensuring effective project acquisition, client relations, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a robust sales strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
  • Oversee and manage the Sales Team, focusing on development and performance enhancement to ensure a high-performing unit.
  • Lead efforts in client acquisition and relationship management, fostering long-term partnerships and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional ability to generate leads, close sales, and develop long-term client relationships required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
