To maintain eligibility for your retention incentive, the following criteria must be satisfied:

Compensation Range: $33.98-$50.40/hour

In accordance with the California Pay Transparency Act, Scripps Health discloses the pay range for all positions. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience and internal equity within the pay range. This range applies to employees residing in California only. A geographical pay differential may be applied for remote employees living out of state. Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

3 years of recent experience as a Surgical Technologist Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, ability to multitask, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

5 years of experience CST Certification
