Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Maintain positive employee relations, investigate complaints and issues, and make recommendations to resolve them.
  • Change Management: Act as a change agent within the organization, driving initiatives that support business growth and improvement.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Conduct recruitment activities, including sourcing, costing, and onboarding, to ensure the right talent is in place to drive business success.
  • Workforce Planning and Development: Perform workforce and organizational planning, succession planning, and talent assessments to ensure the organization has the skills and capabilities needed to achieve its goals.
  • HR Operations and Administration: Administer the company's talent management activities, including performance management, training, and development programs.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations, and maintain accurate and confidential personnel records.
  • Business Partnering: Act as a business partner to field operations, providing strategic HR support and guidance to drive business growth and success.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of related experience or training.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
