Job Summary:
The Human Resources Manager will serve as a strategic partner to our leadership team, driving employee engagement and retention through data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement retention strategies to improve employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to design and execute HR initiatives that align with business goals.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, talent management, and performance management.
- Design and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employees, managers, and external partners to foster a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, with a proven track record of implementing retention strategies and improving employee engagement.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
