Commercial Business Development Manager

BMO Financial Group is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and building strong relationships with clients across our footprint.
As a key member of our Commercial Business Development Team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship-building activities. Your expertise in commercial banking products and services, combined with your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will enable you to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide exceptional client service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing business growth strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and prospects
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship-building activities
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of commercial banking products and services
The estimated salary for this role is between $87,000 - $161,400, depending on experience and qualifications.
