This is a PRN position for day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of clients, embodying the principles of Compass Champion Behavior. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate group education sessions to support clients in their recovery journey.
  • Possess a valid unrestricted driver's license, as transportation of clients may be required based on clinical needs.
  • Supervise clients during their self-administration of medication.
  • Conduct and manage Urine Drug Screenings.
  • Effectively respond to crisis situations as they arise.

Comprehensive on-site training will be provided.

A High School diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications: Experience/Training/Additional Requirements

A valid unrestricted driver's license is required at the time of hire, with the ability to obtain and maintain a class E MO driver's license by the end of the 60-day introductory period.
