Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive rewards strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent
- Collaborate with leaders across the organization to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Provide guidance and support to Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation teams to ensure operational excellence
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in total rewards and benefits
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance/Economics required
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in human resources, with substantial experience in the areas of benefits, compensation, or payroll
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) preferred
