Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive rewards strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent
  • Collaborate with leaders across the organization to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation teams to ensure operational excellence
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in total rewards and benefits
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance/Economics required
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in human resources, with substantial experience in the areas of benefits, compensation, or payroll
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
  • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) preferred
