Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance professional to join our team at AEC Living. As a key member of our Maintenance Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and appearance of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing repairs, and electrical system inspections.
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential problems and take necessary preventive measures.
- Coordinate with external service providers for specialized repairs or maintenance.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to address any maintenance-related concerns.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of various maintenance tasks (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
- TB clearance.
- Current COVID vaccinations.
- Fingerprint clearance from the FBI and DOJ (we pay for it).
