Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team at Aimbridge Hospitality. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance on ice machines, refrigerators, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, and other hotel systems
  • Change out light bulbs and perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms
  • Perform plumbing repairs and other maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
