Responsibilities

- Manage online and phone reservations, providing accurate and timely information to our guests.
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data, ensuring a secure and hassle-free experience.
- Register guests, collecting necessary information and ensuring their stay with us is tailored to their needs.
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms, providing a warm and personalized welcome.
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities, ensuring our guests have a clear understanding of their options.
- Respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues and ensuring our guests leave with a positive impression.
- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully-furnished to accommodate guests' needs.
- Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, such as wedding guests.
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate, to enhance our guests' experience.
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments, ensuring accurate and efficient management of our hotel's operations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience with hotel reservations software, such as OnQ or Opera, and a strong understanding of hotel operations.
- Customer service experience, with a focus on providing a personalized and memorable experience for each guest.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
