About the Position

HOAMCO is seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our Architectural Services department, you will play a crucial role in reviewing new construction plans and modification submittals, ensuring compliance with our Architectural Guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and approve new construction and modification plans, providing detailed feedback and recommendations as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with ARC Administrators, homeowners, builders, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Participate in review meetings and provide expert guidance on architectural matters.
  • Consult with designers and homeowners on architectural guideline requirements, providing clear and concise advice.
  • Conduct pre-design site meetings and inspect residential and commercial properties to ensure compliance with approved plans.
Requirements
  • Current or retired Architect with a strong background in architectural design and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to consistently project a positive image of the Company and provide exceptional customer service.
