**Accounting Professional Wanted**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented accounting professional to join our team at HOAMCO. As a Portfolio Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and reconciling general ledger accounts.

• **Key Responsibilities:**
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and process homeowner assessment statements.
• Analyze and prepare monthly financial statements.
• Interact with Managers and Board members to answer accounting questions.

**Requirements:**

• Degree in Accounting or over 3 years of experience.
• Detail-oriented and excellent at follow up.
• Able to prioritize daily duties.
• Superior customer service skills and a great attitude.
• Able to prioritize competing tasks and balance projects and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft Word based programs, Word, Excel and using Outlook (Mandatory)
