Hoamco is seeking a skilled Architect to join our team as a Part-Time Architectural Services Specialist. This role will involve reviewing new construction plans and modification submittals, ensuring developers and homeowners adhere to and understand Architectural Guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Plan Review and Approval: Review new construction and modification plans for approval, ensuring compliance with Architectural Guidelines.
- Communication and Liaison: Communicate plan review notes to ARC Administrators as required, and attend and participate in review meetings as scheduled.
- Community Engagement: Communicate and meet with homeowners, builders, architects, ARC committees, and builders as necessary, to educate and consult on architectural guideline requirements.
- Site Inspections: Conduct pre-design site meetings and inspect residential and commercial properties as required to ensure compliance and adherence to approved plans.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer questions and correspondence in a professional, timely manner, maintaining a positive image of the Company.
- Qualifications: Retired Architect (preferably still licensed).
- Work Environment: This part-time position will be 15-20 hours, working Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
