Position Summary:
The Manufacturing Process Engineer plays a crucial role in enhancing and supporting the manufacturing capabilities necessary for producing high-quality products. This position involves contributing to the improvement of various fabrication processes that are vital for operational sustainability and growth. Additionally, you will be involved in the introduction of new products into the manufacturing and supply chain landscape.

Core Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement engineering solutions to enhance the manufacturing of both new and existing products.
* Optimize current production processes to ensure efficient product manufacturing using established methods and procedures.
* Facilitate the transition of new products into production, focusing on design for manufacturability.
* Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation for processes and designs.
* Utilize an understanding of key business drivers to effectively accomplish tasks.
* Address problems in straightforward situations by analyzing potential solutions using technical expertise and sound judgment.
* Other responsibilities as assigned, exercising independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
* Regular and punctual attendance is essential, with potential for variable schedules and additional hours as needed.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering is required.
Experience:
* Minimum of 3 years in relevant manufacturing engineering roles.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience with PCB design, electro-mechanical assemblies, and manufacturing processes.
* Familiarity with electrical testing and dimensional inspection methods, along with associated inspection equipment.

Skills:
* Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving abilities.
* Advanced knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
* Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management tools.

Work Authorization: This position must comply with Export Control regulations; therefore, a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. is required. U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is necessary for most positions.
