Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct a variety of routine mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly tasks according to established guidelines.
  • Examine production documentation and schematic diagrams to ensure proper assembly sequences.
  • Utilize precision tools to position and manipulate small components, ensuring accuracy under magnification.
  • Perform adjustments, alignments, and soldering of fine wires to electronic components.
  • Utilize bonding techniques to secure parts using heat and perform necessary quality checks during the assembly process.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and be flexible with scheduling, including potential evening or weekend shifts.

Qualifications:

Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent educational background is preferred.

Certifications: Relevant vocational training or apprenticeships in a related field are advantageous.

Experience: 0-2 years of applicable experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.


Skills Required:
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools and light machinery.
  • Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations.
  • Ability to interpret safety guidelines and operational instructions.
  • Excellent manual dexterity for handling small components.
  • Problem-solving skills to navigate straightforward tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
