Sparks Group is seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for processing semi-monthly multi-state payroll for salaried and hourly employees. Your duties will include preparing payroll, processing direct deposit authorization forms, and responding to inquiries from employees and internal departments.
Responsibilities:
Assist in payroll preparation and processing
Process direct deposit authorization forms and W4 tax data
Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and internal departments
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in business administration, finance, or accounting preferred
2+ years of experience processing multi-cycle, multi-state payroll for 500+ employees
High level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and large ERP systems
Excellent communication and time management skills
