Job Title: Senior Director of Paid Search and SEO

About the Role:

Taxwell is seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Paid Search and SEO to lead our marketing efforts across paid search, paid social, and SEO for all Taxwell websites. As a key member of our organization, you will report directly to the Chief Marketing & Product Officer and play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making to optimize marketing performance and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage our paid search, paid social, and SEO teams for all Taxwell websites, ensuring their effective functioning and growth.
* Provide strategic analytic insights and design action plans to enhance all aspects of our marketing efforts, including campaign performance, audience segmentation, conversion optimization, and ROI analysis.
* Develop our conversion algorithm models to improve our bidding and increase our ROAS efficiency.
* Collaborate with our partners such as Google or Bing to improve paid search and paid social programs.
* Generate regular reports and dashboards, synthesizing data from various sources to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to the marketing leadership team.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 8 years of experience in a marketing analytics role, with a focus on digital marketing channels such as paid search, paid social, and SEO.
* Master's degree or MBA preferred, with a strong emphasis on statistics, analytics, and/or marketing.
* Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel and Google Analytics, demonstrating expert-level capabilities.
* Exceptional analytical skills, including problem-solving, attention to detail, and clear communication of complex results.
* Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and effectively utilize relevant processes and technologies.
* Proven experience in people management, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling successful team management and collaboration.
