As a Diesel Service Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a high level of technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment, ensuring timely and efficient repairs.
  • Perform general and detailed repair of all trucks, engines, and components, adhering to manufacturer specifications.
  • Overhaul gas or diesel engines, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Read job orders, observe, and listen to vehicles in operation to determine malfunctions and plan work procedures.
  • Examine protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices on trucks, making adjustments as needed.
  • Tag all warranty parts and returns to the warranty clerk, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Attend training classes and stay up-to-date with factory technical bulletins, enhancing your technical knowledge and skills.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, increasing overall customer satisfaction.
