ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The Logistics and Packaging Specialist will be responsible for the selection, packaging, and dispatch of customer orders. This role requires effective collaboration with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review pick sheets, identify products, and inspect items for customer shipments.
  • Utilize ERP systems to manage customer orders, generate labels, and print product instructions.
  • Maintain and restock raw materials at packaging stations.
  • Ensure that products are selected based on their manufacturing dates, adhering to the "First in, First out" (FIFO) principle.
  • Ensure proper identification of products and storage bins.
  • Process and ship domestic orders using ERP and shipping systems.
  • Support the training and coaching of team members.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to fulfill job responsibilities.
  • Adhere to Bodypoint's Safety Policy.
  • Uphold Bodypoint's core values and principles.

Qualifications:

  • Consistent attendance is essential.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in packaging and shipping.
  • Familiarity with measuring tools (rulers, calipers).
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
