Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Control: Monitor and control quality standards to ensure that all products meet company specifications and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; six months or more manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Basic knowledge of math skills, ability to read, write, and communicate effectively; basic understanding of HACCP and food safety concepts.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Demonstrate leadership skills, ability to effectively train, assign, and monitor team members; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
