Key Responsibilities
  • Production Planning and Execution: Develop and implement production plans to meet daily and weekly targets, ensuring that all production schedules are met and company standards are followed.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train production team members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and control quality standards to ensure that all products meet company specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that raw materials and finished goods are available when needed.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all safety procedures and regulatory requirements are followed, and that all employees are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance, quality control, and inventory management, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; six months or more manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Basic knowledge of math skills, ability to read, write, and communicate effectively; basic understanding of HACCP and food safety concepts.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Demonstrate leadership skills, ability to effectively train, assign, and monitor team members; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
