About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Benefits Administrator to join our team at BlueOval SK LLC. As a key member of our benefits team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing various pay and benefits programs.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the overall development and administration of benefits for our employees.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in human resources, with a focus on benefits administration. A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is required. Certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or other human resources certification is a plus.

Job Description

As a Senior Benefits Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing data to support internal and external audit requests.
  • Preparing, collecting, and organizing data in a timely manner.
  • Traveling for new plan enrollments as needed.
  • Providing leadership, strategic direction, and support to the benefits department.
  • Gathering employee data and overseeing the processing of monthly billings for all group plans.
  • Documenting and maintaining administrative procedures for assigned benefits processes.
  • Assisting in the review of plan documents and materials.
  • Providing suggestions for continuous improvements and working closely with payroll and HR services.

You will also be responsible for communicating with employees, verifying claim requests, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, rules, and regulations. Additionally, you will work with vendor partners to develop and update feeds as necessary.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on benefits administration.
  • Significant experience navigating ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and emerging regulatory issues.
  • Certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or other human resources certification is a plus.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and computer skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
