What You'll Do
The Social Services Director will promote the highest level of mental, emotional, social, physical, and psychological well-being of each resident while supporting the same with family members and teammates. Adhere to state and federal regulations operating in accordance with all elements of The Touchstone Experience. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining a patient-centered approach to care delivery.

Salary and Benefits
This role comes with a salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a competitive compensation package, including tuition reimbursement, 401(k) matching, paycheck advances, paid time off starting day one, numerous bonus opportunities, and Touchstone Emergency Assistance Foundation Grants.

Requirements
Degree in Social Services and a current Texas Social Worker license are required. As a compassionate and skilled leader, you will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to promoting positive outcomes for residents, their families, and staff.
