Compensation

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the installation and replacement of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
  • Supervise installation teams, assigning tasks and ensuring quality workmanship.
  • Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute HVAC installation projects efficiently.
  • Engage with clients to clarify project specifications and provide updates on progress.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations during installations.
  • Manage the setup of HVAC equipment, including ductwork and wiring.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on completed installations and test systems for optimal performance.
  • Mentor junior technicians on installation best practices and safety measures.
  • Work alongside other trades to integrate HVAC systems into larger projects.
  • Troubleshoot installation challenges and devise effective solutions.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of installed systems and modifications.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices in HVAC installations.
  • Assist in procuring necessary tools and materials for projects.
  • Participate in site assessments to evaluate project requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and minimize issues.
  • Promote a culture of safety by adhering to guidelines and leading by example.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment at job sites.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to share insights and foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required (6-10 years preferred).
  • Valid EPA certification required.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Authorization to work in the US.
