Role Summary

The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing project control and contract administration to effectively manage a high volume of tasks across a large, diverse team. The PM ensures that cost, schedule, and quality objectives are met and communicated to stakeholders. This role includes real-time monitoring of deliverables, quality assurance of work products, and assessing overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage coordination and administration of all planned and ongoing tasks, including planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling services under the assigned Task Order (TO).
  • Communicate and collaborate with Senior Project Managers and Senior Field Technicians to report on the status of efforts related to Technical Instructions (TIs).
  • Provide updates and address concerns to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Navy Senior Level Management.
Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum of six (6) years of experience as a program manager in Navy Acquisition Shipboard Installation, deployment, and sustainment services.
  • Alternatively, eight (8) years of experience in managing Government industrial projects with demonstrated knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting.
  • At least six (6) years of experience in program management related to combat/weapons systems and interior communication systems.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a business-related field is required.

Security Clearance:

Applicants must possess an active security clearance or have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance as specified in the minimum qualifications. Candidates will undergo a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for a DoD security clearance, including background checks covering criminal history, employment verification, and creditworthiness.
