Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and client meetings
Support marketing efforts, including content creation, social media management, and event coordination
Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and post-event reports
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
3+ years of experience in event planning, corporate events, or a similar role
2+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a supporting administrative role
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with executives and clients

Salary and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development within our dynamic company.
