About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Engineer to join our team at Crimson Solutions. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for the server infrastructure of our customers in New Pine Creek, ensuring the smooth operation of our products and features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactive monitoring of Windows servers in customer environments
  • Independent customization of system configurations and creation of corresponding documentation
  • Installation and project takeover in the areas of firewall, storage, and server migration of older installations to current standards
  • Providing technical advice to customers regarding current operating scenarios

Requirements
  • Support primarily in 2nd-level support for customers
  • Acceptance, analysis, prioritization, and resolution of incoming hardware and software malfunctions, as well as documentation in the ticket system (Cherwell)
  • Installation, configuration, and administration of servers and applications
  • Fulfillment of managed service contracts
  • Ensuring the operation of the IT infrastructure used
