Job Title: Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team at Summit 7 Systems. As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical assistance and problem-solving for Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor central ticketing system to guarantee prompt resolution of technical support issues within the specified Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Create new and follow existing check lists to ensure a consistent result for routine and common tasks within our proactive IT Management Services (ITSM).
  • Perform in-depth troubleshooting for incidents escalated by Level 2 Support, focusing on SharePoint Online related incidents.
  • Educate users on how to use Microsoft 365 effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with a team.
Requirements:
  • Either an associates or a bachelor's degree in Computer Science (CS) or Management Information Systems (MIS) from a reputable institute, or a minimum of five (5) years of experience with Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online administration, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
  • CompTIA Security+ or ability to obtain within thirty (30) days.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SharePoint Online.
  • PowerShell experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Credentials: MS-721, MS-102, SC-400, MS-700, PL-600.
  • Microsoft 365 GCC High experience.
  • CMMC 2.0 L2 knowledge.
  • NIST knowledge.
