Job Overview: Our dynamic company seeks a seasoned Transportation Engineer Project Manager to spearhead the development of road and planning projects for our esteemed clients in the Pacific Northwest. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding project teams, maintaining high standards, and delivering exceptional results.

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of roadway and bridge design principles, coupled with outstanding leadership and communication skills. They will be responsible for creating proposals, developing client relationships, and ensuring project success.

  • Create proposals and sustain client connections.
  • Provide guidance to less experienced team members.
  • Aid in the expansion activities within Idaho and across the Pacific Northwest.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering from an ABET-accredited program required.
  • 7+ years related roadway and/or bridge design experience required, 10+ years preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Idaho required.
  • Experience in Bridge, Roadway and/or Traffic Design experience required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
