Circuit Assembler Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Circuit Assembler Specialist to join our team at KimCo Design and Manufaturing. This role involves installing and soldering components on various sizes of through-hole PCBs in accordance with customer specifications and/or IPC Class 2 and 3 standards.
About the RoleIn this position, you will be responsible for:
- Assembling and soldering electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) with high precision and attention to detail.
- Following schematics and technical documentation to ensure proper installation and soldering procedures.
- Working with small parts, using soldering irons, and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently.
You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety rules and regulations.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must have:
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your annual salary, we provide:
