Role Summary: As a senior Transportation Engineer Project Manager at ACS Professional Staffing, you will play a pivotal role in leading the delivery of transportation infrastructure projects for our esteemed clients. With your expertise and passion for innovative design, you will be instrumental in driving project success and shaping the future of transportation in the Pacific Northwest.

Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 per year

Main Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for overseeing the design and production of road designs and/or planning initiatives, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and timeliness. Additionally, you will mentor junior staff, develop client relationships, and contribute to business growth.

  • Oversee the work quality and guarantee that deadlines are met, and budgets are adhered to.
  • Provide guidance to less experienced team members and engage with Engineers throughout the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering from an ABET-accredited program required.
  • 7+ years related roadway and/or bridge design experience required, 10+ years preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Idaho required.
  • Experience in Bridge, Roadway and/or Traffic Design experience required.
