Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Annual Talent Review Process: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent review process to achieve business goals and develop a strong depth of organizational talent.
  • Collect and Analyze Talent Data: Gather, analyze, and maintain data to identify targeted leadership development opportunities and drive action plans.
  • Ensure Talent and Performance Management Initiatives: Focus and impact talent and performance management initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop and Maintain Targeted Leadership Development Strategies: Create and implement targeted leadership development strategies and actions to drive business results.
  • Integrate Advanced Onboarding Programs: Develop and implement advanced onboarding programs across specific levels of the organization.
  • Facilitate Learning Events and Programs: Design and deliver learning events, programs, and team development activities to support leadership development.
  • Integrate Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Strategies: Embed diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging strategies into the organization to support business objectives.
  • Implement Talent Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement talent sourcing strategies and standard work throughout the recruitment process.
  • Consult on Organizational Design and Strategic Planning: Provide expertise on organizational design and strategic planning implications.
  • Analyze Workforce Data: Analyze workforce data to identify trends, strengths, and opportunities to develop talent strategies.
  • Partner with Corporate HR Teams: Collaborate with Corporate HR teams to implement, assess, and drive global HR actions at the business unit level.
  • Manage Confidential Information: Work with a high level of confidentiality and discretion in dealing with sensitive employee or organizational information.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Required. Master's degree a plus.
  • 8 Years of Experience: In Human Resources with direct talent management experience.
  • Talent Development Experience: Proven experience developing talent strategies and implementing action plans.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading teams directly and indirectly.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional stakeholder management and consulting skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present across all levels of the organization.
  • Critical Thinking: Demonstrated situational awareness and critical thinking.
