Territory Growth Manager

The Territory Growth Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining propane order volumes and market share by locating, developing, closing, and maintaining sales business relationships within an assigned group of customers and/or territory.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Oil & Gas experience in a Sales role.
- Prior propane sales experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
