Electronics Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at Close the Loop Renewed Solutions.
About the Company:
Close the Loop is dedicated to making the Circular Economy a reality by providing best-in-class sustainability solutions to companies that want to move products through the end-of-life stage efficiently and cost-effectively.
Salary: $41,600 per year
Key Responsibilities:
- E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee day-to-day sales operations on major online marketplaces including eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and Target. Optimize product listings for searchability, conversions, and competitive positioning.
- Price and Discount Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop competitive pricing strategies. Provide pricing guidance based on market trends, competitor analysis, and inventory levels. Manage and execute sales and discount promotions to drive revenue and maintain profitability.
- Market Analysis & Competitive Insights: Monitor market trends and competitors' offerings to ensure the company remains competitive in the consumer electronics space. Provide regular reports on pricing, sales performance, and market conditions.
- Customer Support & Order Management: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Address customer concerns regarding orders, product details, shipping, and returns, ensuring a positive experience. Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary.
- Product Knowledge & Inventory Coordination: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in consumer electronics, particularly computers, printers, and related accessories. Help manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment plans.
- Collaboration & Team Support: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to align strategies and objectives. Provide support and share insights to help achieve company sales goals.
- Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking: Track and analyze sales data to measure the effectiveness of pricing strategies, promotions, and campaigns. Provide regular performance reports to management and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce sales, specifically with eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and Target. Proven track record of managing online sales platforms and driving revenue growth.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of consumer electronics, including computers, printers, and related technology. Ability to assess product value, features, and market demand.
- Skills: Expertise in eBay, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and other major e-commerce platforms. Familiarity with online marketing strategies (PPC, SEO, listing optimization, etc.). Strong analytical skills to assess sales data and market trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Customer Service: Previous experience in customer service, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using e-commerce tools, order management software, and Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
