Job Description

As a Business Development Account Executive at 7's Electronic Cigarettes, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and enhance our market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Effective Sales Strategies: Identify new business opportunities, develop tailored sales approaches, and execute plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Built Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and build trust.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Meet or Exceed Sales Targets: Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or account management roles.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the electronic cigarette industry, including market trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
