Position Overview:
The Crisis Support Specialist is a vital role within our organization, reporting directly to the Program Manager. This position is tasked with overseeing the coordination of care, developing treatment strategies, and managing service delivery for our crisis stabilization and placement preservation programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate comprehensive treatment plans and conduct thorough assessments.
- Provide case management and discharge planning to ensure effective transitions.
- Collaborate closely with the Child/Family Team to identify necessary supports for stabilization and ongoing success.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $19 - $20.90 per hour

Work Schedule:
Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday; flexibility to work afternoons and evenings is required.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- At least four (4) years of full-time experience in behavioral health; or a combination of education and experience totaling two (2) years.
- An Associate's degree with two (2) years of full-time behavioral health experience; or a Bachelor's degree with one (1) year of full-time experience.

Additional Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age (per licensing standards).
- Valid Arizona Driver's License and a clean DMV history.
- Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment physical.
- Current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions or eligibility to obtain one.
- Availability for two (2) weeks of paid new hire orientation and 2-3 weeks of on-the-job training.
