Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Mix and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines to our guests, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collect payment and operate a cash register accurately.
  • Stock and maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glasses, bottles, and supplies.
  • Prepare garnishes and appetizers as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns.
  • In a lead capacity, take responsibility for assigned associates and ensure proper performance of tasks.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous bartending experience preferred.
  • TIPS certification and meet state law age requirements for tending bar.
Working Conditions

This is a part-time position that requires standing and walking for varying lengths of time, sometimes for long periods. You will also be required to move quickly and efficiently to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Compensation

$11.00 per hour plus tips.
