Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at TeleSearch Staffing Solutions. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery to produce high-quality products, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery to produce products according to specifications, including cutting, assembling, and packaging.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols, reporting hazards, and participating in safety training.
  • Monitor and control the quality of products, identifying and addressing any defects or issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including cleaning, lubricating, and performing minor repairs.
  • Document production data and maintain accurate records, including production levels, quality control metrics, and equipment performance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a machine operating role.
  • Strong knowledge of machinery, tools, and materials, including their uses, repair, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication, active listening, and teamwork.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for sustained periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and move materials as needed.
  • Visual acuity to examine or inspect materials and products.
