About the Role:
Hanbury is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. As a Workplace Experience Generalist, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent to drive the company's success.

In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers to ensure accurate job descriptions, postings, and questionnaires. You will also develop and implement systems to create positive candidate experiences and employer brands. Your responsibilities will include building and managing applicant pipelines, utilizing recruitment software, and coordinating campus recruiting events.

You will be an ambassador of Hanbury's values, promoting our unique culture and benefits to attract top talent. Your expertise in applicant tracking systems, social media, and employment law will enable you to effectively manage the hiring process and ensure compliance with regulations. Additionally, you will assist in configuring ATS and other hiring systems to impact efficiency and results.

We offer a competitive base salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement, and employee stock ownership plan (ESOP).
