Role Summary

As a key member of the Apple Music Operations team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of lyrics on Apple Music. This exciting opportunity combines a passion for music with a strong analytical and data-driven mindset to drive projects that raise the bar for lyrics in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support editorial priorities and cross-functional campaigns on Apple Music
  • Lead editorial efforts globally in partnership with international local teams
  • Develop and implement strategies for lyrics coverage in the US and globally
  • Track projects from inception to completion across multiple teams
  • Streamline processes and reporting
  • Manage relationships with external lyrics partners
Requirements
  • Substantial experience with project/program management in a related industry
  • Substantial experience working with external partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to set up, organize, complete, and report on complex projects across multiple teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Native-level proficiency in another language besides English
  • Deep familiarity with the Apple ecosystem of services and hardware
  • Strong presentation skills in front of large audiences and leadership
Compensation and Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this role is between $119,200 and $225,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.

Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
