Role Overview
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Architect/Project Manager at Studio A Architecture. The position is based in Louisville, KY but offers flexibility for remote work.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in construction documents and construction administration. Multi-family and Senior Care projects experience is preferred, but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop schematic designs and communicate with the client's representatives
- Direct and coordinate production of construction documents and work with engineering consultants
- Lead project coordination meetings and perform construction administration duties
- Participate in marketing efforts and mentor junior staff
Requirements and Skills
- Professional degree in Architecture and 5+ years of related experience
- Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam Studio, and MS Teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with building codes, specifications, building, and engineering systems
