Project Architect

TowerPinkster, a leading architecture, engineering, and interior design firm, is seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the development of construction documents, coordinating project teams, and ensuring technical expertise is applied throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate project teams and lead the development of project plans, code reviews, and contract documents.
- Review and understand project scope and contract for professional services.
- Collaborate with designers to translate design concepts into contract documents.
- Coordinate communication and documents with clients and construction teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules and milestones.
- Coordinate document review and quality assurance processes.
- Support project managers in establishing and maintaining project deadlines and delivery dates.
- Assist in the development of design documentation and ensure compliance with design concepts.
Requirements:
- Accredited degree in Architecture.
- Licensure required.
- Five years or more of professional architectural experience.
- Experience in construction administration, document production, and design.
- Proficiency in REVIT and Microsoft Office Suite.
