Traveling Project Manager

About the Role
The Traveling Superintendent will be responsible for managing projects fully on-site, coordinating internal teams, and communicating effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. This is a key leadership role that requires strong leadership skills, experience in the superintendent role, and a proven track record of success in managing large-scale construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects fully on-site, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate internal teams, including project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure that all parties are aware of project progress, timelines, and any issues that may arise.
- Establish and foster relationships with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure that all parties are working together effectively to deliver the project.
- Assist in hiring and mentoring new employees, to ensure that the team has the skills and expertise required to deliver the project.
- Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site, to ensure the health and safety of all personnel.
Requirements
- At least 4+ years of experience in the superintendent role.
- Experience in managing large-scale construction projects, including ground up work and projects over $5M.
- Experience in working with data center mission critical projects.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
