Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain the organization's website, ensuring seamless functionality, robust security, and optimal performance.
Regularly update and optimize website content, including text, images, and multimedia elements, to enhance user engagement and experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new features and functionalities, driving website evolution and improvement.
Monitor website traffic, analyze user behavior, and generate insights to inform data-driven decisions and enhance user experience.
Ensure website compliance with accessibility, privacy, and data protection regulations, upholding the highest standards of digital responsibility.
Troubleshoot and promptly resolve any website-related issues or bugs, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum user satisfaction.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in website administration and user experience, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Web Administrator or in a similar role, demonstrating expertise and passion for digital innovation.
Strong knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (CMS), with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
Proficiency in using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to inform data-driven decisions and drive website improvement.
Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices, ensuring optimal website visibility and search engine ranking.
Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
