Job Title: Front End Web Developer

Manifest Solutions is seeking a skilled Front End Web Developer to join our team in Gahanna, OH.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented developer to build and deploy web applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate task requirements and collaborate with other resources to complete tasks
  • Develop and deploy web applications and features using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Optimize code for speed, SEO, accessibility, and industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliverables
  • Conduct code reviews, set coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices in software development
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into the team's workflow where appropriate
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging open communication and a culture of innovation
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of software applications and systems
  • Report on team progress and project status to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related fields, or equivalent experience required
  • Industry certifications preferred
  • 3 to 5 years development experience
  • Strong JavaScript experience required
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, modern JavaScript frameworks, Git version control, PHP, and Ionic or similar frameworks
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
