Position Overview

The role involves managing all operations at the construction site, ensuring a secure and productive work atmosphere, adhering to timelines, and maintaining budgetary constraints. Candidates should possess demonstrable experience as a site manager, complemented by a solid construction background. Expertise in schedule management and timely project completion is essential. Successful site managers will have a proven history of supervising and coordinating teams and resources to prevent delays. A Bachelor's Degree in construction management or a related field is mandatory. Candidates will be required to pass a drug screening, physical assessment, and background verification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee activities on construction projects
  • Establish work priorities to ensure efficiency and punctuality
  • Manage construction contracts and allocate tasks accordingly
  • Ensure a safe working environment and enforce safety regulations
  • Serve as a liaison with stakeholders and coordinate project plans
  • Source suppliers and estimate required materials
  • Maintain inventory and oversee project tools and materials
  • Document and maintain comprehensive daily project reports
  • Organize subcontractor meetings and manage project timelines
  • Ensure quality assurance and compliance with project specifications
  • Oversee project budget and labor efficiency
  • Facilitate project completion and uphold positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Mentor junior staff and conduct regular performance reviews
