Premium Customer Service Specialist at THG Corporation will deliver a top-notch sales experience to our customers. Responsibilities- Create personal outreach to your customer base to follow up on purchases, referrals, leads, questions, new products, exclusive promotions, and post-purchase care.
- Maintaining a high level of quality on each call.
- Ability to respond to a customer via email or phone in a timely manner.
The estimated salary range for this role is between $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and participation in our company 401(k) plan after three months of employment.
