Job Description

Eaton's FFD Fluid Filtration Division is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Regional Sales efforts in the South region. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and promoting our filtration products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of customers in the South region, including Texas, Florida, Louisiana, and New Mexico.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales objectives and grow business in the assigned territory.
  • Provide application guidance and technical assistance to customers to ensure successful product implementation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key end-user customers to enhance long-term business prospects.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Development Department to identify and pursue new market or product opportunities.
  • Document all activity reports, prospects, and opportunities within the defined CRM contact management database.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in marketing or technical sales.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in industrial filtration (e.g., liquid filtration or cartridge filtration).
  • Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Master's or MBA degree from an accredited university.
  • Filtration industry experience - specifically flow control, liquid filtration, or liquid handling products.
  • At least 5 years of sales and/or marketing experience.
  • Practical experience and understanding of the filtration industry.
  • Experience managing reps and distributors.
  • Public speaking experience.
