Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN - Medical Telemetry Specialist to join our team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a member of our Medical Telemetry Unit, you will provide high-quality patient care to individuals with complex medical conditions, including cardiac patients, stroke patients, and those with renal and respiratory issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage patients with cardiac, respiratory, and renal conditions, including post-MI recovery, TIA, and acute stroke.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide education to patients and families.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year Nursing experience.
