Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiac and respiratory conditions, including post-MI recovery, TIA, and acute stroke.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and evidence-based care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
